RoboCopy is a very handy tool for copying files and grabbing incremental changes on a scheduled basis.  Since it is a command utility, it can get a little tricky to setup correctly.

Issue: RoboCopy recopies all files to NAS, despite files not being modified.

System: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

Error Code: N/A

Solution: Allow for slight timestamp variations.

• Include the /fft switch (ex. Robocopy Source Destination /MIR /fft)
