Every business needs some sort of backup.  Depending on the size of your data, online backup may be the easiest.  Ours, for example, includes free setup and installation.  Other options include some sort of “tape” that is written to nightly and stored off-site.  Although this method has been around a while, it is still effective for customers with tons of data.
